• Approximately 2400ft elevation
• Direct access to: Appalachian Trail, snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing, canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking. . . . .

• 50% Deposit to confirm Reservations
• Balance due 1 week prior to arrival date
• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date receives full refund
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date receives credit toward future rental — (good for up to 1 year)
